It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We offer Capital One Healthcare Finance as an outside financing source, and we also have in-house financing in the form of monthly payments over the estimated time of treatment after an initial down payment when treatment starts. We extend a 5% discount for payment in full at the start of treatment.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.

We will accept assignment on your insurance benefits.  This means that the insurance payment will come directly to our office and will lower your initial down payment as well as your monthly payments.  Once the coverage has been verified, we will prepare a contract establishing the amount for which the insurance will be responsible and the total amount for which you will be responsible.  If your insurance is terminated for any reason, you will be responsible for the amount left owing on the insurance ledger.

In a situation where a minor child does not live with both mother and father, the obligation for paying the entire fee will ultimately be the responsibility of the custodial parent.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
